Returns & Refund Policy

All Cleo Bures merchandise is custom-made using Printify’s print-on-demand service, fulfilled by a trusted partner. Because each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Style, shape, or cut dissatisfaction
  • Color variation due to screen settings or lighting

Sizing & Product Imagery

We provide clear product images and detailed size charts for every item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review this information carefully before placing an order. Please double-check your selection to ensure accuracy in size and color.


Damaged or Defective Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • With a manufacturing defect
  • Containing a printing error from our supplier

If you experience an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and issue
  • A short description of the problem

Important Notes

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders.
  • As all items are produced and shipped with intention of quality and efficiency.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our automated production process.
